Omusubee Japanese Rice Ball

Tried them last week at Vizcaya Market. Love the Tuna and Smoke Salmon!

These rice triangles are the equivalent of a Japanese Sandwich or, as I like to put it, a Sushi Sandwich. They are wrapped in crispy seaweed and filled with smoked salmon or tuna, to mention some. Fresh and delicious! Will be back for more!
