Thermomix TM5

We love our "Thermie" so much that we brought it all the way with us from Australia. It's useful for so many thing like weighing ingredients, cooking soup, chopping/mincing/steaming meat and vegetables, making yoghurt, grinding coffee, and kneading dough. There's a tonne of self-guided and adaptable recipes it comes with too. It's costly but when you think about all the kitchen appliances it replaces, it's worth it!
