The historic and luxurious Driskill hotel is a place I enjoy very much.
The building itself is impressive with a storied past. The food and beverage services are top notch. Live music is the norm on a typical weekend evening.
It does get busy at times. Overall, it's a fairly lively yet mellow-ish vibe full of folks from all walks of life.
Supposedly its haunted, but the only spirits I have seen are at the bar. Cool place to take a date, small group of fiends, or enjoy on your to meet some new people. Definitely check it out if you have never been.
