Anyone use a reusable oil sprayer for cooking?

Trying to cut the oil in my food, and don’t want to do the disposable cans (trying to be greener & cleaner). I’m not a fan of the old style Misto (the stainless steel with the pump), but I see they Have a new one. I felt like the pump action was annoying, the mist was often a bit spitty, and the canister was often left greasy. Other ideas?

The disposable cans are not good for your cookware anyway (if you're talking about ones like Pam) because of the residue it can leave behind. In fact, it can void some warranties. I bought this spritzer. I've had it for years and have not had any issues with clogs. Olive oil sprayer by Proexme purchased on amazon.
