Basement remodel

Hi there! Like so many of us enduring COVID times, we've gotten to know our house really well, and we're ready for a basement remodel. We have plans for a high quality, comfortable, but not over the top remodel, and we are considering contractors. I've reviewed recommendations in the GC category and see some great options, but I'd love to hear and recent recommendations. Communication, transparency, organization, detail-orientation, and quality are important to us. Thanks!

Chris Mills. He is meticulous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, lives in the area. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I was very happy with my general contractor Dyna Contracting. Their team approach to completing the project meant that there was always someone representing my project at ever step along the way. dynacontracting.com

I've done several sizable projects with JAS, including a basement remodel. Beautiful work, on time and on budget. Not cheap, but they stand by their work. We've had the occasional mishap (no one's fault) and they've fixed the issue every time. Per your questions - they over communicate, over plan, and don't overbook. Quality is top notch.
