Alpine Specialty Cleaning
House Cleaner
They have done a great job on client's move out cleans, including a client who had a commercial grade stove hood that my other cleaners couldn't do. Love having Alpine in my resource bucket. They were referred by a luxury real estate agent who has very high standards - that should say something!
Andy Kao's Appliance Service
Andy was of great help to my clients in the Bryant area. He was responsive, helpful and fairly priced. I continue to refer him when folks ask.
Atlas Junk Removal
Junk Removal
Tao is my go to hauler of choice for my home organizing and relocation clients. And myself, of course :D He always arrives with a contagious smile and a can-do attitude. Seriously the happiest hauler I have ever met. I love it when a client needs him because that means I get to see him too! The world needs more folks like Tao.
Clean Crawls - Insulation Install & Removal Marysville
D Noble Construction
General Contractor
Declan and team at D Noble Construction are great! I think he is booked out a bit - however, worth the wait for sure!
Habitat for Humanity Store - Southcenter
Habitat for Humanity helps families build and improve places to call home. You can schedule a pick up, drop it off yourself or have a hauler/mover deliver it for you. Check with each organization prior, as items accepted and pick up services may shift during coronavirus.
Jacob Willard Home
I LOVE mid century modern furniture! The restoration that Karl does is fantastic! I love that he finds these gems that just need some love- and makes them all pretty again. Thank you for your divine talents Karl!
NW Spotless Cleaning
House Cleaner
NW Spotless Cleaning is family and latinx owned. Their employees have long term stay because they are good to their team. Lourdes and team are often available at last minute notice and do a great job with both routine home cleaning and move out cleans. I have happily referred them many times to my organizing and relocate clients.
Recycling Services
I love how Ridwell is making it SO easy for folks to recycle items that require special trips to transfer and recycle stations. Excited for when they can provide it to apartment complexes so we can participate too!
Scoop Marketplace
Scoop is the baby of zero waste powerhouse mama Stephanie Lentz. She is on a mission to bring zero waste shopping to the forefront of our modern grocery, home and personal care shopping experience. At Scoop, products are sold in bulk. You can also buy containers to put your products in - and they have an online storefront as well. Any packaging used is minimal and recyclable. You can buy food, personal care and I think home care products. It's pretty awesome - and they are in process of expanding even bigger!
Seattle Knife Sharpening & Supply
Knife Sharpening
They did a fantastic job on my clients kitchen knives. Client was so happy we got a second round done too! Friendly and informative small shoppe.
Sip and Ship - Ballard
Shipping Center
Sip n Ship does local gift baskets and ships them as well! Diana and her family have been a stable presence and cheerleader in our community a long time now. Love them big time!

Real Estate

Baas Framing Studio
Karrie and team helped move a client's expensive art piece from old residence to new residence. They did a fantastic and very careful job of taking it down, wrapping, transporting and re-installing it. And because the cleint's home was still in a state of remodel, they took it back down at the new place and wrapping it up to store until the remodel was finished. I refer her happily and look forward to our next opportunity to work together!
First Due Movers
First Due is one of my top go-to movers for my relocation clients. They are fire fighter owned so safety and doing it right is of course, top of mind! I don't think I've seen anyone pack a truck quite as tightly and perfectly as First Due. They take great care of your belongings and are super friendly as well!
Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage
The Hansen team took top notch care of my international relocation clients. International relocations are complex in nature. They make local relocation look like a walk in the park. Hansen Bros. handled everything in a timely and professional manner. They are friendly and they know their trade. Everything arrove in tact, and actually early, to my client's new location in Scotland!
On The Go Moving and Storage
Scot and his team took great care of my move client when he needed to vacate his office, with a no contact experience, during the pandemic. They did all the safety practices, packed boxes in his office per my direction and dropped them off at my client's safely distanced location of choice, with no issues whatsoever. Due to his sensitive system, my client was very concerned about health and safety. Scot was caring and accommodating to his special needs. I look forward to working with the team again for other clients!
