Boba Tea in Austin

My daughter has been really wanting to try boba tea and I have not had it in years so have no idea where to find it. Where do you go in Austin for good Boba Tea?

I went to a place in the triangle, where Galaxy used to be. My son and I enjoyed the treat!

Near the Drag there are some good options. Kung fu tea is pretty good!

Hi, Elexa! We really love Tea Cup on Riverside. Super friendly staff, great options, and you can shop at The Bazaar or walk along the river afterwards!

Teapioca Lounge. It's a small chain with a few local options, mostly in north Austin but there's one near Slaughter and I-35 down south. Their boba has the perfect consistency, and their flavors are fantastic. They have blended Vietnamese coffee that's soooo good. I always want to try their Texas fusion options (mangonada with bubbles?) but I just can't pass up the coffee.

There is a Boba truck at the outlets in Round Rock. Ask for Black Sugar boba - so good!

Gong Cha, Ding Tea, Long Tea are my top 3 for authenticity. If you like slushes, smoothies, milkshakes then Teapioca Lounge is a good choice.
