Desk for 1st Grader

Luckily my kiddo has been and is able to go to school everyday! However, I would still like to get her a desk we can put in the office or loft that she could use to do her homework instead of the dinning room table/counter or our office desks.

What have you found to work best for your kid(s)? Something practical, maybe with some storage for school supplies.

I don't have any kiddos but I used to be an OT and worked with a lot of kiddos. This site seems to have some ergonomic options for a range of ages ergonomicshealth.com/ergono...
NB. This isn't professional advice from me in my OT capacity, just some ideas :)

We bought both of our kids the Ikea PAHL desk. The desk height is adjustable which has come on very handy. Perfect spot to do art, homework or play on their computers. It also has a nice spot to store computer wires and the top is easy to keep clean.
