Floor installation for my condo

I'm looking for a contractor to do floor installation for my condo. It's the clicky laminate flooring with underlayment. I already have all the material on-site and the carpet is removed, exposing an all concrete flat surface.
The area needing coverage is roughly 400sqft. I think it should be a pretty straight forward job.
