Q mixers is the best. I have a ginger obsession (got ginger root for valentines once...), and second to Q Mixer's Ginger beer (or better yet their ginger hibiscus!), I would recommend Fever Tree, though their flavor is not as consistent as one might hope, they tend to have a nice, spicy, not overly sweet drink.
