I buy the Tazo Matcha Concentrate from Target and shake it up with some lemonade. I love to add a little bit of Raspberry syrup as well. It's the exact recipe from Starbucks & a great alternative to coffee. (:
My dietitian friend recommended this "Hydrating Drink" and it's delicious! You get a great, natural boost of electrolytes. It's one cup of water, ½ cup of coconut water, juice of ½ lemon, and a pinch of salt. Stir and enjoy!
