Help, I bruise like a peach!

It doesn't help that I am uber clumsy to begin with, always running into objects and walls, I also play indoor soccer once a week and get pretty banged up. Share your favorite potions and products to heal up bruises quickly!

Any chance you're anemic or have low blood iron? Usually when my iron's low, I bruise much more easily! So I would recommend an iron supplement (though I don't have a specific brand, unfortunately, since they seem to work differently for everyone). Hope that helps!

Prune juice and anything with vitamin C . Mandi , you also maybe lacking in vitamin k . So my suggestion would be to eat a lean protein such as fish , poultry and tofu and a serving of kale , spinach or broccoli . If that's not your thing ! Try adding a salad to your meal . If you are a active then take some treats such as strawberries or blueberries . Any chance it runs in the family ? My thought is low iron just as kei stated. I suggest you take a banana peel and wrap the inside to the bruise over night. It won't cure it but it will lighten . Also if you are looking for a cream I suggest Arnica for any type of bruising even for a bruise that came from a surgery . I know that sometimes doctors will prescribe prednisone to someone which is a steroid and that will cause bruising. I hope this was helpful and no I am not a doctor . But , I was an ex - athelete back in the day . But, now I just sip coffee at the cafe . That was a joke ! The coffee part .
