I Need a recommendation for ohme dog grooming tools!

I have 2 beloved rescue dogs. One doesn't mind and actually loves the attention of being groomed while the other all but has a complete anxiety breakdown. Consequently I've started to home groom them with scissors and shavers I had around my home. I'm looking for better tools now--any favored products out there? Thanks.
