Hey Galen Ward! I happen to be with my sister and BIL right now who were just talking about a similar project they did when they lived in Seattle a few years ago. They used a guy called Forest Eads from a company called Twigs & Spit. They highly recommend him.
It sounds like you may need a general contractor. Anyone that does carpentry, electrical & permitting is probably a GC. You may need to call around since everyone is booked up. Maybe things are cooling off a bit with fall.
