Local day spa recommendation?

Once in a while, I need to unwind and get some pampering. A good massage, some skin services (back facial, foot scrub, etc.) and soak in the whirlpool, have a steam, and more.

It's been a while since I did. In the past, I went out of state for spa vacations. Does anyone have local favorites? Places that are for all day or at least a few hours?
