I have always struggled with wanting to exercise and eat right. I have always enjoyed shit food. McDonalds. Taco Bell. Wendy's. Love em. I never 'grew out' of my love for Flaming Hot Cheetos or Doritos. I am not interested in this version of myself anymore. I have yet to find something that motivates me and the only time in my life where I felt honestly fit was when I was mentally at my worst. I am looking to re-write the narrative. If anyone has any sort of friend or Atlanta-based nutritionist, I would honestly be willing to try. Please help!
