Neuter Specialist

We need to take our pupperino in to get neutered and we've been a little nervous about putting him under because he's had severe allergic reactions to some vaccines. My partners uncle even lost a pup when he took them to get neutered, and recommended we find a specialist. Does anyone know of any neuter specialists in the Seattle area?
