I wonder if you can scrape as much off with a razor blade and then paint over it to cover it up? I feel like if you use any actual paint remover that you would remove the black as well.
Y'all are the best!! I used some alcohol wipes I had to start and a bit of soft scrub on the harder spots, and the table looks great!! Thanks FC Community.
