Frank Lumber the Door Store. You pick it out, give them approximate dimensions. Then you set an appointment, and on that day, you take the door in, they'll modify it to your door exactly (even apply your old hinges in the same spot) and you just screw the new one in. They are awesome and SOOOO affordable.
