Toddler Rain Suit?

Alright Seattle and friends with littles. What’s the best toddler rain suits? My 4 year old’s preschool is largely outdoor due to covid so a rain suit is a must. Also taking recs for great boots and other rain gear.

Muddy buddy all the way. They are huge but you can basically just buy your kiddo a size 2-3 and it will last them for years and years.
