Aside from impeccable and professional work, I love that Atlas Tattoo has been a proud and consistent supporter of regional and national initiatives for housing and racial justice, food security, independent media, and civil liberties.

Got a clean, cool Daruma doll from Dan Gilsdorf, who was a joy to talk to and a truly skilled artist. Be aware that Dan only works via same-day call-ins on Thursday through Sunday, so you’ll have to call early. The studio itself has a neat and eccentric old school vibe, but is also very inclusive and welcoming.
