It's hard not to love this studio. It's right across the street from my work, so practicing is easier for me than most. It's not as "hot" as some other hot yoga studios, which is great for not killing yourself the first couple times you practice.

THE BEST yoga studio on the Eastside. Upbeat, fun, welcoming community with great music and a convenient 60min format!
