Kix and Spinz

Aron is great! Located on the south end of Mercer Island Kix and Spinz will become MIFIT. A "collaborative and Thoughtful Health and Fitness Collective" including personal/group training, Barre, Yoga, Martial Arts, Nutrition and much more! Be on the lookout for new and exciting fitness options.

Aron makes it fun but pushes us when we need it. I've been working out with him and a few friends for several years, going for those "Seafair abs." They are a work in progress :-)
