Excellent community bike shop. Pay on a sliding scale based on the tools you use and how much you leverage the in-house experts. Taught me how to replace all the cables on my derailleurs and brakes. Also, excellent selection of new and donated gear.

Bought my girlfriend one of their refurbished bikes. I now use that bike more than I use my own.
