Appliance repair

Hi neighbors, my Samsung fridge has an ice maker that refuses to produce ice. Additionally, my LG clothes washing machine washes the "cold" loads hotter than a Texas senator during a state of winter emergency. Any recommendations for a great appliance repair person to call? My usual person doesn't work on Samsung.
