Check our Mark Wiseman - I have not used him, but only because when I called him he diagnosed my problem over the phone as hopeless (and advised getting a new dishwasher instead of wasting money on a repair). What brand of refrigerator do you have? Some repair service specialize in certain brands or have better access to parts of specific brands.

GE Cafe. Thanks! I have an appointment scheduled for Wed with the folks GE refers from their central service headquarters, but there is no way to know if they are any good or see any reviews.

Thanks Amy Posner Wolff Superior Appliance looks great, but from their website doesn't look like they come further east than Bellevue.
