Balloon delivery for a toddler party?

My toddler is 2 this Saturday and I am looking to get some balloons delivered. Champions and Party Supply don't deliver :(. Has anyone found balloon delivery in Seattle thats not too expensive? Red Balloon doesn't come out here. (Its Covid so its just our family ;) )

QFC has fantastic kid's balloons (we had one for my five year old that was larger than he is). I assume you could work out delivery from them via something like Instacart (or TaskRabbit - as Adam noted).
