Better Help?

I keep hearing ads for Better Help. Has anyone tried their counselors? It seems convenient but I also wonder if commoditized mental health care could actually work.

Wait, is this the same business that Prince Harry just joined? wsj.com/articles/prince-har...

I haven't used that one, but i've been using Headspace for over a year now and I love it.

I’ve been using Better Help for about 4 months now and I’m loving it. My first counselor was not a great match but a simple click of a button and I got a new one whom I love!

I've been wondering the same. Prince Harry is a pretty solid advocate! Wow.

Hi Eva Monsen! I've been using BetterHelp for a year and it's been a game changer. They will ask you some questions to get to know you a bit and find a counselor they think you'll be compatible with. After the first session, you get to decide whether to keep working with that person or try other counselors until you find a good fit. It cuts down on the time it takes to look for and research counselors in your area - which equals less stress!
