Honestly, I did NOT like my protein supplement. I couldn't ever drink enough fluids for it, tbh. I tend to just incorporate plant proteins into my diet. Lentils with an instant pot is super easy and tasty!
I'm not a huge advocate of supplements, but I sometimes incorporate protein powder into my diet for convenience. I like the Nuzest brand of vegan protein powder and I mix it in my oatmeal, blend it in a smoothie or froth it into my morning coffee for some added flavor!
I am a big fan of keeping it simple before a high level of activity with bananas or bars! Too many protein shakes have upset my tummy or make me hyper -active/anxious and then the workout is compromised.
