I'm going to second the Ashman. We had several plastic ones (seemingly decent ones) that after a couple of seasons of use and high sun exposure have cracked or broken & ended up in a landfill (insert sad face). If you think you'll be wheeling it around and abusing it, spend the money and get something metal (that is weather resistant!) and heavy duty.
