Hot tea ..... What is your favorite brand(s)?

I am a huge hot tea fan and I am looking to try out some new/different brands. What are you go-to brands?

Definitely a YOGI teas fan. + I love their wise messages with each tea bag. If you ever come up to Conifer, The Leaf and Bean have good lose and bagged teas!

Sorry, I just looked at your posting and see you are in Denver. My recommendation still holds but find a local tea shop. :)

Go loose leaf tea and try New Century Tea Gallery in the ID. They have a very big selection (dozens) and it's family-run. Try an Oolong for your cold. New Century does amazing Chinese-style tea tasting and you know what you are getting for your dollars.

Try brewing Gong Fu style youtube.com/watch?v=MtWVkv_... You can do it with a simple teapot and some cups. It's a whole new experience and you'll find it tastes fresher more vibrant and it lasts much longer.

I love the Yogi teas, too! They have really tasty flavors! Also Traditional Medicinals brand has a lot of great herbal teas for various natural remedies and they work pretty well!

Another Tazo fan! It used to be Starbucks brand, but now it’s available in grocery stores. I have a cup of green tea and earl gray everyday! I also like Twilings.

I love Oomi. It's meant for kids (my 9 year old is a big fan!) but I like to have a cup for myself too. I specially like the fact that it's a small mom-owned business.

Has anyone ever tried The Medicine Ball from Starbucks? Great for when you’re sick but I love it all the time. I came up with a copycat and it’s Teavana Peach Tranquillity tea and Teavana Jade Citrus Mint (the Tea bags are actually what SB uses) brewed together, then I add TrueLemon lemonade powder -comes in a little stick pouch- and honey to taste- SO yummy!!

I order from Smith Teamakers. They have a wonderful selection! Especially great if you like flavored green tea (unsweetened.) Their Blueberry green tea is delicious and fun!

Canela (cinnamon water)! All you do is boil hot water and add cinnamon sticks. Then let it cook on high heat until it boils. Serve it with some milk and a bit of sugar (if you like it sweet) . It’s also my remedy for sore throats or when I feel sick.

Anything from Twinings is usually a solid choice.
