Immune booster vitamins for kids

School is starting soon and I would like to boost my 9-year-old immune system. Which supplements work for you? Thanks!

SmartyPants from Costco. They are like fruit snacks and the kids love them.

Our kids like Airborne Vitamin C in assorted flavors but only every now and then and only as a small snack more than anything else.

I just do plain, old vitamin C and D. We have a pretty strong immune system and can’t remember the last time we were sick though. We’ve also have never had the flu….teach them young to wash their hands.

I really like anything with Vitamin C and Zinc combined. The zinc combined with the vitamin C is much more effective in boosting your immune system than Vitamin C alone.

Rick and Andrea Skarzynski - good to know! I’ll have to look for a combo with zinc

I really like the orange Zicam gummies. They’re sold as a cold remedy to boost immunity but I eat one a day.

We get the immunity booster vitamin from OLLY. My daughter really likes it.

Juice Plus...it's pure food. No synthetic ingredients. No fake sugar. Actually absorbs into your body. My son has taken it for 5 years. Maybe been sick twice...and sick being a cold. Best product ever!! I take it too.

Looks like a different product tag got attached to this post.
Juice Plus cannot be bought in stores. And Juice Festive is Not the same thing. Not even worth it ....I used to take that...not good.

If anyone has questions feel free to message me. I've researched a lot..so a little passionate about health and what I put in my kids body🙂

Thx
