I buy these from Costco. Great way to change up you regular plain water!

These are great to get water in during exercise without being loaded down with sugar.

I have been using these for years. I have an electrolyte deficiency and drinking these really helps me to stay hydrated and reduce the ache and pains of my deficiency. My favorite flavor is the Strawberry Lemonade.

I have at least one of these a day. I prefer the sport lemon lime flavor. It tastes good and doesn't have many (if any) calories.

I love Gatoraid, but I try not to allow that much sugar (and all those mystery ingredients) into my life (at least not via my liquid intake). Nuun tablets have become our family go-to for hydration and electrolyte replenishment. Nuun is low-sugar and doesn't use artificial sweeteners or coloring agents. Plus the packaging is much more earth friendly, given you pop a tablet into a reusable water bottle or glass rather than a single-use plastic bottle.

This electrolyte sports/hydration drink seriously does wonders. I'm pretty sure this was made for athletes but it sure works for any occasion where you need a little extra hydration... like when I've imbibed one too many glasses of wine. Pop one of these babies into a glass of water and voila, you have yourself an effervescent delicious drink to help curb those hangovers LOL. Also fun to know it's Seattle made!
