Since we moved to Austin, we've been using R Squared to rent out our house in Seattle. I've been happy with them. They're full-service property managers and take care of everything for us, which is exactly what we need since we're living so far away. I've mostly worked with Paul Romero. He's very professional and knows when to be communicative and when to just handle things without involving us. You may be able to find cheaper property managers that offer fewer services, but since we aren't in the neighborhood to keep tabs on things for ourselves our top priority is having confidence that our house is being taken care of.
Sergy Petrov is a longtime Seattle property manager. I'm not sure he does single residences but he might be able to recommend someone to you. He is a great guy.
