Nanny rec for two West Seattle babies?

Two families in West Seattle (ours and one other lovely crew) seeking a PT Nanny starting in early Jan. Care would be for two sweet babies (13 and 15 weeks respectively). Hoping to find someone via a strong recommendation rather than going the agency route if possible.
