We've had good luck with Elmecco Electricians...they tend to work on residential properties on behalf of landlords, so they're very professional. Not necessarily the cheapest around but the work is high quality.
We did a whole house rewire so it was a huge project though it did include a new Electrical Panel so I wanted to share. We got a bunch of quotes (mostly because we were shocked how expensive it was) and settled on As You Wish Electric. The electricians were great and knowledgeable and even helped us with a few random things around the house. There were a few hiccups but unsure if worth mentioning because it could be an old house problem and not on them.
