PC Helper

Can anyone recommend a person to advise on minor PC software/hardware issues? Things like adjusting settings to eliminate frustrations, clean up unneeded junk, answer how-to questions... Owner uses Microsoft, GoDaddy, Zoom. Would like to build a relationship to reduce annoyance of having to call anonymous help chats. Any suggestions?
