Ready-to-bake Beef Wellington? Restaurant or private chef recos?

I have a friend's 40th birthday this weekend and unfortunately the beef wellington his wife pre-ordered fell through. We're scrambling to find somewhere/someone who could provide a ready-to-bake wellington + some sides. Doesn't look like EatLocal does anymore and other restaurants have removed from the menu. Have you seen it or know of a private chef we should get in touch with for short notice? Thank you!
