Spray for bugs on roses

Something is eating my Julia Child roses and I am not happy! I have had this lovely rose bush for several years and it has survived everything, including our recent deep freeze. Any rose spray recommendations?

I'm a fan of Neem Oil for most pest control. I've used the BONIDE 32 oz Neem Oil Fungicide, Miticide, & Insecticide Ready-To-Use for initial attacks and have found it to be quite successful and non-hazardous to humans!

What about diatomaceous earth? Just a little dusting wherever you're seeing the critters?

My green thumb is well not quite green yet, but I LOVE the team over at Garden Seventeen. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. I'm sure they could help you out with a better recommendation than myself.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I purchased the Neem Oil Spray and my roses seem to be bug free. I am also using on other plants the bugs seem to think are on their salad bar.
