AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

I found AA in a google search in 2015. I was initially impressed by my experience with the person I spoke with to schedule the service. The technician who visited our home was friendly and very thorough. My husband was a stay at home dad at the time and we were on a budget. The tech noticed a spot on our roof that needed special treatment at a significant additional cost. My husband explained that we would have to revisit it later due to the cost. The tech said no problem. A little while later my husband heard a knock at the door. The tech explained he had called his manager and gotten permission to go ahead and do the service, and he just took care of it! We were blown away by the act of kindness!
