Susan Stocker They took over taking care of our fleet of company cars after another shop starting charging us crazy charges (such as $75 for a windshield wiper replacement [to their credit, they did refund it some 2 months later when I found out about it]). They get us right in, they don't charge for tiny things that other shops charge for (they don't charge for windshield wiper replacements, for example; and they don't charge labor for swapping out your air filter). They are always nice, and I feel confident they won't overcharge us.
