We've been going to Green Lake Animal Hospital for more than 15 years. All the vets and vet techs there are great. They listen to you carefully and treat your pet with care and respect for their personality. The reception staff is super friendly and always greets you with a smile.

Initial Visit

For your first visit, they ask that you arrive 10 minutes early and bring the following with you:

If you have not filled out the New Patient Registration information, you will be asked to do so before your appointment.
Any vaccine or previous medical history information should be forwarded to use prior to your pet’s appointment.
