Lake City Autoworks

I was recommended Lake City Autoworks by an acquaintance, and I am glad I decided to go. I called on a Monday and was able to get a Tuesday morning appointment for my AC that wasn't working. I dropped off my car on Tuesday morning and they were able to identify the issue very fast and shared an estimate with me. Because it was the same issue I had a couple years ago, they recommended I call the last shop I got my car serviced at to see if there was a warranty. The warranty from my last shop had expired, but I appreciated the thought of the Lake City Autoworks employee to recommend this, in case it could save me some money.

They ordered the part and began service on the car once it arrived at noon. The service didn't take as long as expected, and they really hooked it up for me. They are right by a Starbucks, so I just walked there and did work there while they serviced my car. I appreciated how communicative the employee I worked with was, and it really seemed they had my best interests in mind - not making the most they could out of me.

I had a very positive experience and they have earned me as a customer again. I'd recommend Lake City Autoworks to anyone.
