If I could give more stars, I would.

Fantastic flowers and excellent customer service. Saturday was snowing, the shop's busiest day of the year (day before Valentine's Day) and the day my flowers were to be delivered (I had pre-ordered weeks ago). I called the shop, advising that no one would be able to get up the steep slope to our house at the end of the cul-de-sac. With no complaints, they rescheduled the delivery to Wednesday.

They have always been awesome folks to work with and this is just another example.
