Kira Carney - Flonase is a lifesaver! I also switch every 6 months or so between Zyrtec and Allegra.

Cindy Sersig - I recommend a NetiPot with distilled water. It will rinse the nasal passages and ease the swelling. I use this along with Zyrtec at night and Flonase in the morning for allergies.
