The Jackalope

I really enjoy the Jackalope on the south east side of town! But both are so much fun and a staple Austin place to hang and grab some bites!!

The craziest looking bar on 6th street, probably all of downtown. A great spot to check out. It is like a big dive bar.

A staple of downtown Austin, and it definitely adds to the "keep austin weird" mantra.

Eclectic burger/ bar joint that is famous for the taxidermy jackalope hanging over the bar.

The burgers are delish. I have not spent too much time here other than to eat, but it does get busy. It is worth visiting for the burgers, or for a quick drink.
