Arborist or landscaper

Our backyard oasis has been cut out to a view of a honey bucket and substation. Recommendations for an arborist or landscaper or just the right tall, narrow tree(s) to border the fence in our small yard??

Noland Landscaping (Bill Noland) is great at small projects like that and quite reasonably priced for the advice and work. And an awfully nice fellow to work with.
