GGOAT - Greatest Grills of All Time?

That time of year is quickly approaching, and my partner and I finally moved into a home where we can own a grill! What's your favorite grill for small patios?

We got a Weber Spirit to replace our super old and super disgusting grill. I love the Spirit. Looks great, gets hot quickly, heats evenly, easy to clean. Assembly was a bit of a chore, but I think that's the case for all grills. We have the NG model, purchased online from Home Depot.

I bought my husband and Traeger for his birthday last year and it has been a lot of fun. I know they make smaller models than the one we have, so you should look into it. We have loved trying out all sorts of recipes, which I know you would love too.

I also use a Weber (Liquid Propane) Grill. They're really convenient and easy to use!

Hands down - we are happy with our Weber. Quality product and parts. One thing to keep in mind Brooklyn Benjestorf - with our rainy NW - a lot of the parts in most Home Depot or Lowes grills will rot out after 1 maybe 2 seasons. The internal burner will be toast due to rust ! Buy a quality Weber if you do not want to have to buy one every 2 years.

Ted Ellis Agree, you want a grill where you can replace the individual parts. I have a Weber Spirit and like it as well. I have only found the discipline recently to use my grill cover religiously -- this seems to be helping maintain the life of the grill.

I second the Trager we use it to smoke and to grill! It really is a one-stop shop. We use is multiple times throughout the week.

If you like cooking over wood fire, you might like a KUDU. It's versatile, lightweight enough that you can pack it up and bring on camps, and you can even use it as a fire pit. It's more primitive, but we love ours and use it often.

Another vote for Weber- we've got the smaller Q1200 Gas Grill, with a portable stand, and use it often. Easy to clean and store.
