Gluten Free Pancakes!

Happy Saturday!! I’m really excited to try a new brand of gluten-free pancakes today. I want to test it out before I recommend but thought I’d poll my community on here to find out your favorite brands!! So, what is your favorite gluten-free pancakes?

Pamela‘s baking and pancake mix is our family’s favorite. I’ll add some ground flaxseed for extra fiber and a dash of vanilla extract. These pancakes are so light, fluffy, and yummy!

We really love the Bisquick Gluten free pancake mix. My daughter can tend to be picky and this is the brand she likes the best.

I've read about that one Elexa Martinez. They don't have it at my Fresh Thyme here. I'll need to see if maybe they have it at Meijer!

Another vote for Pamela's. My kids prefer it to regular gluten-y pancakes, and I have to say I agree. Light and delicious.
