Birch Benders Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix

I bought this mix by mistake and was kinda of reluctant with using it since I haven't ever heard of/use it. However, my little one wanted pancakes so we opened it. The mix even with our add-ins, the pancakes were quite yummy.

This delicious mix is Paleo and made with almonds, coconut, cassava, eggs, and monk fruit. My husband's favorite!

So delicious! I picked this up yesterday at Fresh Thyme and made it this morning for my family. I am not allowed even a little bit of gluten without getting sick. These were such a great treat! I paired mine with real maple syrup and almond whipped cream!
